臺北地檢署正式起訴幣竟交易所集團 10 人，「虛擬貨幣女神」張於庭與哥哥，前 Cobinhood 策略長張瀚林遭求刑 12 年，涉嫌以合法交易所名義掩護詐騙集團處理黑錢，洗錢總額逾 1.5 億元、受害者達 46 人。

臺北地方檢察署於 2026 年 3 月 13 日正式對幣竟交易所集團提起公訴，共計 10 名被告遭起訴，其中「虛擬貨幣女神」張於庭（幣竟營運長）及哥哥張瀚林（幣竟執行長）各被求刑 12 年，實際負責人劉昱森求刑 8 年，另涉案律師鄭鴻威及其餘被告也個別被起訴求刑。
幣竟交易所由「畢竟科技公司」旗下成立，於 2021 年 6 月正式開始營運，對外以合法虛擬資產交易所形象示人，實則與假投資詐騙應用程式「永碩投資」、「宏佳」緊密串聯，協助詐騙集團處理、移轉犯罪所得。
檢調表示，幣竟集團協助詐團處理黑錢達 1.2 億元，洗錢總額更高達 1.5 億元，受害者共 46 人，皆為假投資詐騙的被害人。
USDT 多層中轉，切斷金流追查鏈
此案利用區塊鏈金流技術來切斷資金鏈。檢方表示，詐騙集團首先引導被害人將資金換成 USDT（泰達幣），再透過幣竟集團設計的多層錢包體系進行移轉，製造金流「斷點」，大幅提高檢調追查難度。
共犯尤紹宇負責提供波場鏈（TRON）原生代幣 TRX，作為每一筆鏈上交易的礦工手續費（Gas fee）。
在 2023 年 7 至 9 月間，其錢包累計轉入 55,240 顆 TRX，另一名共犯胡崇賢則掌握多個 USDT 錢包，負責排程資金作為中轉節點，短短數月內完成多筆大額移轉。
在其中一條資金支線，2023 年 6 至 9 月間即有 19 筆移轉紀錄，總額高達 3,767,185 顆 USDT。透過錢包間的交叉流動，每一層都製造出新的金流起點，使追查者難以還原完整的資金路徑。
金融新創兄妹聯手與律師包裝「法律諮詢」
張瀚林在臺灣早期加密貨幣圈並非無名之輩，他曾任本土交易所 Cobinhood 策略長、行銷長，具備相當的業界資歷與人脈。其妹張於庭則以「虛擬貨幣女神」的網路形象活躍於幣圈社群，擔任幣竟營運長。
如今這對早期在加密圈新創十分出名的兄妹面臨起訴，引來不少幣圈老鳥惋惜。
案中另一個令人矚目的角色是涉案律師鄭鴻威。檢方指控，鄭鴻威以「法律諮詢」為名，為集團的洗錢活動提供掩護與協助，全程酬勞僅 18 萬元，但其在庭審中對關鍵問題全都表示不知情，反而讓檢方更認定他是刻意迴避，實質上是以職業律師身份包裝協助洗錢。
