The PANews reported on December 6th that the encrypted custody platform Anchorage Digital announced its support for the Liquid Collective's liquidity collateral token Liquid Staked ETH (LsETH), providing ETH collateral services for institutions. Institutions including venture capital firms, wealth and asset management companies, and protocols can now use the ETH held on the Anchorage Digital platform to participate in liquidity collateral, and directly deposit LsETH into their Anchorage Digital accounts. This integration makes Anchorage Digital Bank NA the first OCC-chartered US regulatory bank to support participation in liquidity collateral, providing a way for institutions seeking to participate in such ETH collateral. In addition, Anchorage Digital customers can also re-collateralize their LsETH on EigenLayer through the Anchorage Digital platform.
