Gate News reports that on March 28, on-chain investigator ZachXBT posted on X that Circle had unfrozen ckUSDC (Dfinity Bridge) and two other hot wallets associated with an unknown service starting with the 0x00e address a few hours earlier. As of now, out of the 16 hot wallets previously mentioned, 5 have already been unfrozen. ZachXBT stated that once the civil case in New York is unsealed, he will publicly name the plaintiff, the expert, and all other related parties.
