Bitmine Immersion Technologies（美股代號：BMNR）本週再度出手，上週增持 51,162 枚以太幣，使公司總持倉量攀升至 442 萬枚 ETH。按當前約 1,958 美元的幣價計算，持幣總值高達約 87 億美元，穩坐全球第二大加密貨幣儲備公司的位置，僅次於以比特幣為主的 Strategy。目前 Bitmine 持有的 ETH 已佔全球以太幣總供應量的 3.66%，距離公司喊出的「5% 供應量」長期目標又更進一步。

Tom Lee 點名三大基本面驅動力

Bitmine 董事長 Tom Lee 表示，儘管市場短期承壓，公司仍堅定執行增持策略。他認為當前以太幣的市場價格遠未反映其真正的實用價值，並點名三大長期基本面驅動力：

華爾街代幣化浪潮：隨著傳統金融機構加速將股票、債券、基金等資產搬上鏈，以太坊作為主要結算層的角色將持續鞏固。
人工智慧應用愈來愈依賴智慧合約：AI 代理（AI Agent）執行鏈上交易、管理資金等場景正在爆發，而以太坊是當前最成熟的智慧合約平台。
創作者經濟轉向區塊鏈驗證：內容創作、數位身分等驗證需求，將推動更多應用建構在以太坊生態之上。

Tom Lee 強調，這三股趨勢交匯，將為以太坊帶來前所未有的使用需求，當前正是佈局的最佳時機。

質押收益成新引擎，MAVAN 基建即將上線

Bitmine 目前已將約 304 萬枚 ETH 投入質押，佔其總持倉的 68.7%，質押年化收益率達 2.89%，每年可產生約 1.71 億美元的被動收入。

公司預計本季推出「美國製造驗證者網路」（Made-in-America Validator Network，簡稱 MAVAN），這是一套全美部署的專用驗證者基礎設施。一旦全數 442 萬枚 ETH 透過 MAVAN 完成質押，預期年化收益將進一步攀升至 2.49 億美元。

除了核心的以太幣持倉外，Bitmine 的資產組合還包括 193 枚比特幣、約 2 億美元Beast Industries 股份、1,900 萬美元 Eightco Holdings 投資承諾、以及現金6.91 億美元，這些多元配置讓 Bitmine 在持續加碼 ETH 的同時，仍維持充裕的流動性緩衝。
