攜手支付平台 KAST，胖企鵝進軍全球零售金融產業
知名藍籌 NFT 項目胖企鵝（Pudgy Penguins）正式宣佈跨足消費者金融產業，與 Visa 及全球貨幣應用程式 KAST 合作，推出旗艦級加密貨幣支付卡「Pengu Card」。這項合作象徵著 Pudgy Penguins 從單純的區塊鏈 IP 轉型，進一步拓展至零售與傳統金融市場，旨在讓全球數百萬使用者在日常消費中更便利地使用與賺取資產。

根據官方說明，Pengu Card 支援在全球 170 個以上的國家與地區使用，使用者可在超過 1.5 億家接受 Visa 的商家及 ATM 進行消費與提領。該卡片的核心優勢在於整合了穩定幣技術，使用者可以直接存入現金、$USDC、$USDT 或其它加密貨幣進行支付，過程中無需經過中心化交易所（CEX）繁瑣的出金程序，大幅提升了數位資產的使用靈活性。
作為 Pengu Card 的技術驅動方，KAST 是一個專注於穩定幣應用的全球貨幣 App，其提供包含虛擬帳戶、支付卡、資產託管及出入金等多項金融科技服務。Visa 作為全球最大的國際卡組織之一，擁有強大的支付網路，同時與多個國家的發卡機構（Issuer）與收單機構（Acquirer）連結，負責交易授權與清算結算，實際發卡由銀行執行。
備註：Visa 本身不直接從事發卡業務，市場上所稱的「Visa 加密支付卡」實際發卡主體為銀行或持牌機構，Visa 僅提供支付網路與品牌授權。若有宣傳採用「Visa 發行之卡片」，恐有不實廣告之嫌疑。
KAST 強調，雖然其提供類似銀行的服務，但本質上是一間金融科技公司，相關服務均透過受監管的合作夥伴提供，以確保資金安全與合規性。
透過此次合作，Pudgy Penguins 試圖將品牌觸角從數位收藏品延伸至實體支付終端，讓原本僅存在於區塊鏈上的價值，能透過實體卡片或行動支付工具，直接與傳統消費生態連結軌。
三大卡片等級揭曉，最高享 12% 回饋與 7% 存款年化
針對不同消費需求，Pengu Card 規劃了三種卡片等級，分別為 Standard、Black（Premium）與 Gold（Luxe）。每一種等級均提供具吸引力的現金回饋機制。
- Standard 等級的使用者可獲得 6% 的獎勵回饋；
- Premium（Black）等級的回饋比例則提升至 8% 至 9%；
- 而最高階的 Luxe（Gold）等級則提供高達 12% 的消費回饋。

除了消費獎勵，該卡片還整合了 KAST 的收益生態系，使用者在卡片內存入資金後，最高可獲得 7% 的存款年化收益，同時還能透過 KAST 平台進行全球範圍內的即時匯款。
Pengu Card 的產品路線圖將分為階段性推出。初期會先發行虛擬卡（Virtual Card），讓使用者能立即將卡片加入數位錢包進行線上消費；隨後才會推出極具品牌特色的實體卡片。
實體卡片的設計延續了 Pudgy Penguins 可愛且具辨識度的風格，透過官方提供視覺資料顯示，卡面上印有浮雕設計的胖企鵝圖樣，並標註 Visa 的合作標誌，展現出其作為主流支付工具的專業性與趣味性。這種將 NFT 視覺藝術與金融產品結合的作法，預計將吸引大量 Pudgy Penguins 的持有者與對加密支付感興趣的新使用者關注。
等候名單正式開放，推廣排名靠前可獲免費高級卡
目前 Pengu Card 已正式開放全球等候名單（Waitlist）註冊。想要獲得這張卡片的使用者，必須先下載 KAST 應用程式並建立帳戶。由於 Pengu Card 的運作基礎需要符合各地的金融監管規範，所有申請者都必須完成身分驗證（KYC）流程。官方為了推廣新卡，特別推出獎勵方案，只要成功加入等候名單的使用者，即可免費獲得一張 Standard 等級的 Pengu Card。
為了進一步激勵社群參與，Pudgy Penguins 與 KAST 設置了推薦排行榜機制。使用者在加入等候名單後，會獲得一組專屬的推薦連結，每成功邀請一名朋友註冊，就能提升自己在排行榜上的名次。排行榜的最終數據將在虛擬卡正式推出前進行結算，屆時排名前 10 位的使用者將能免費獲得更高級別的 Black 卡片。
