PANews 12月12日消息，据CoinDesk报道，加密投资公司Blockstream Capital Partners（BCP）周四在新闻稿中表示，计划收购Corbiere Capital Management。Corbiere Capital Management是一家总部位于泽西岛的股票对冲基金，由Rodrigo Rodriguez于2023年创立。此次收购的财务细节未予披露。BCP表示，收购Corbiere Capital Management后，将为其现有的比特币相关产品增添股票及事件驱动型策略，构建一个面向机构投资者的多策略平台，此次合并旨在打造更多元化的投资组合，将传统证券与比特币相关投资敞口相结合。Rodriguez将出任BCP旗下新成立的资产管理实体——Blockstream Capital Management的首席投资官。
