Deep Tide TechFlow News: On March 18, the Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Mike Selig posted on the X platform in support of prediction market Kalshi, stating that the Arizona Attorney General filed criminal charges related to prediction markets against a registered exchange at the CFTC. He expressed that this action is essentially a jurisdictional dispute, and escalating it to criminal proceedings is "completely inappropriate." The CFTC is closely monitoring the development of the incident and assessing possible countermeasures it can take.

In previous news, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes filed criminal charges against Kalshi, alleging that the prediction market platform operates unlicensed gambling services in violation of state law.
