The report released on July 10th by Glassnode reveals that BTC has recorded its deepest decline in the current cycle, with a trading price that is more than 26% lower than the ATH. However, compared to previous cycles, the retracement is still relatively shallow in history. This price contraction has caused a significant amount of short-term holder supply to be unrealized losses. According to its on-chain buyback price, over 2.8 million BTC is currently underwater. Although the financial pressure on short-term holders has increased, the scale of locked losses is still relatively moderate compared to the market size.
