Golden Finance reported that Bitfarms, a Bitcoin treasury company listed on Nasdaq, released its fiscal year 2025 performance report. The report disclosed that, as of March 27, 2026, the company’s total liquidity reached approximately $520 million, including about $161 million worth of unencumbered Bitcoin and about $359 million in unrestricted cash. Additionally, Bitfarms also disclosed that it fully repaid the $100 million outstanding under a $300 million Macquarie debt financing facility last month. The company also plans to change its name to Keel Infrastructure on April 1 and relocate its registered office from Canada to New York City, United States.
