Deep Tide TechFlow news: On March 31, according to a report by “Titan Media,” Hilton has recently rolled out a testing version of “AI Planner,” which can provide personalized itinerary planning for travelers through conversational AI, becoming the latest example of an international hotel group accelerating its AI rollout. In fact, Marriott launched an AI concierge service, RENAI, as early as 2023, and in 2025 it reached an AI strategic cooperation with Alibaba; InterContinental partnered with Google Cloud in 2024 to introduce an AI travel planning tool within the IHG One Rewards app.

International hotel groups are accelerating their entry into AI, driven by factors including: domestic hotel operators (Huazhu, Jinjiang, Capital Tours, Home Inns, etc.) leveraging their AI localization advantages to rapidly capture market share; cost-reduction pressure from a decade of more than 400% growth in labor costs; and young consumers generally relying on AI tools for decision-making, leading to the loss of direct-sales traffic.
