Golden Finance reports that on March 30, many netizens on social media posted that “DeepSeek is down” last night and this morning. Both the web and the app encountered issues. Users may see a “server busy” prompt and are unable to start new conversations. Even some people reported losing their conversation content.
An inquiry shows that the DeepSeek servers have now been restored, and users can chat normally.
According to the product service status log on its official website, at 2:16 a.m. on the 30th it showed that DeepSeek’s web/app performance was abnormal and that it was investigating the issue. At 9:13 a.m., monitoring showed that a fix had been implemented and that it was monitoring the results and waiting for updates.
