Securitize Integrates With NYSE to Advance Tokenized Securities Market

Securitize, a leading digital asset securities firm and platform that tokenizes real-world assets (RWAs), such as private equity, real estate, and funds on the blockchain, is excited to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The primary purpose of this MoU is to enable the issuance of regulated blockchain-based securities by aligning with Securitize’s tokenization infrastructure with the NYSE.

NYSE is purposefully building a partnership with Securitize in the development of a transfer agent program intended to aid in the on-chain settlement of tokenized security transactions. Basically, they are going to strengthen the transaction system with a higher level of protection to ensure the security of users at first priority. Securitize has released this news through its official social media X account.

Securitize is becoming the first transfer agent to allow the minting of blockchain-native securitizes on the upcoming NYSE-linked platform.
