Deep Tide TechFlow News, March 23 — According to Fortune, Munich-based AI startup Interloom announced the completion of a $16.5 million Series A funding round led by DN Capital, with Bek Ventures and existing investor Air Street Capital participating. The valuation was not disclosed.

Interloom analyzes massive operational records (including emails, service tickets, call logs, etc.) to build a “Context Graph,” systematizing the company’s tacit experiential knowledge to provide AI agents with organization-specific decision-making context. Currently, the company has been deployed in large European enterprises such as German Commercial Bank, Volkswagen, and Zurich Insurance. In the deployment with German Commercial Bank, the gap between documented knowledge and actual operational knowledge was reduced from about 50% to 5%.
