Deep Tide TechFlow News, January 15th, according to Decrypt, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev stated in a recent TED talk that artificial intelligence is driving the “work singularity,” which will accelerate the creation of new jobs and industries, rather than merely shrinking the job market. Tenev believes that AI empowers individuals with “world-class team” capabilities, significantly lowers the barriers to entrepreneurship, and in the future, a large number of micro-companies, personal organizations, and “single-person unicorns” will emerge.

Research data supports this view. A study by MIT Sloan School of Management shows that companies adopting AI grow faster and increase employment. The World Economic Forum estimates that AI proliferation will create nearly 170 million new jobs. Although a Pew survey in 2025 indicated that over half of American workers are worried about AI’s impact on the workplace, Tenev remains confident that human society will, as history has repeatedly proven, successfully adapt to this technological revolution.
