He pointed out that a simple solution should not be expected, and Ukraine needs fair and peaceful conditions. Earlier, Dmitry Peskov, a spokesperson for the Kremlin, said that Russia is willing to negotiate with Ukraine on the condition that it meets the conditions proposed by President Putin, including the complete withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Russian territory and Ukraine’s neutrality.
