PANews, November 22 - According to a report by Decrypt, the UK's National Crime Agency (NCA) has disclosed that a UK-led operation to combat Russian sanctions evasion has resulted in the arrest of 128 individuals and the seizure of $32.6 million in crypto assets and cash. This operation, named “Operation Destabilise,” was first announced in 2024, and by December of last year, 84 individuals had been arrested with $25.5 million seized. However, the latest data from the NCA indicates that the operation has arrested an additional 45 individuals suspected of Money Laundering and seized over $6.6 million in cash.
