CoinVoice has recently learned that the RWA stablecoin yield protocol R2 has officially launched its final Testnet at 15:00 Beijing time on June 25, with a testing period expected to last about two months. The current phase supports interaction with the Ethereum Sepolia network, and the Wormhole cross-chain bridges feature is expected to go live around July 11, along with the launch of multi-chain interaction capabilities.
This round of testing will focus on validating core functions such as sR2USD automatic compound staking, R2 Token simulated claiming, full chain exit mechanism, and cross-chain bridges, to make final preparations for the mainnet launch.
R2 is building a yield-bearing stablecoin protocol that allows everyone to access institutional-grade real-world asset returns. Users deposit USDC or USDT, and the platform allocates the funds to various regional RWA strategies, charging a small management fee and performance fee.
