The Ethereum Foundation donated $500,000 to Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm to address the trial in July.

Golden Finance reported that Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm is raising defense funds for the trial starting on July 14 in New York, with a target amount of $2 million. The Ethereum Foundation announced a donation of $500,000 to support Roman Storm’s defense. The Ethereum Foundation also stated that it will “obtain up to $750,000 in additional donations from the community.”
