Jin10 reported on April 24 that the Gaza Strip health department announced that in the past 24 hours, Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip have resulted in 50 deaths and 152 injuries. The statement noted that since March 18, Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip have resulted in 1,978 deaths and 5,207 injuries. Since the outbreak of the new round of large-scale conflict between Israel and Palestine on October 7, 2023, Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip have resulted in a total of 51,355 deaths and an additional 117,248 injuries.
