If users suffer account freezes due to transactions with Shield Merchants (e.g., judicial freezes or other extreme cases), the platform will activate a joint compensation mechanism to protect user funds. This ensures both user fund safety and enhanced merchant credibility, creating a secure and reliable trading environment. ### P2P Shield Compensation Rules * Merchants must meet security deposit and strict risk control requirements to be certified; * If a merchant suffers account freezes due to their own actions, the platform will activate a joint compensation mechanism to protect users; * Compensation is set at **20%** of the order amount, with a maximum of **2,000 USDT** per order. ### User and Merchant Guidelines Detailed rules and procedures for the Shield Merchant Service are available in the Help Center.
