Solana Treasury Company Artelo Biosciences raises an additional $11 million
Golden Finance reported that on March 29, Artelo Biosciences, a company listed on the US stock market and focused on Solana, announced the private placement of a total of 3,188,407 shares of common stock at a price of $3.45 per share, raising a total of $11 million. The new funds will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay some transitional debts. Artelo currently holds 45,883 SOL.
