Golden Finance reported that on March 29, the official website of BNP Paribas in France announced the launch of six cryptocurrency-asset-related ETNs (exchange-traded notes), providing investors with a channel to indirectly allocate to assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum without needing to directly hold cryptocurrency assets. This type of product is based on the performance of cryptocurrency assets, is issued by multiple well-known asset management institutions, and complies with the MiFID II regulatory framework to strengthen investor protection. It is understood that the aforementioned ETNs will open for subscription to individual customers, entrepreneur customers, and private banking customers in France starting March 30, 2026, and are planned to be gradually expanded to additional wealth management customer groups.
