Brown此前对管理层进行了虚假且恶意的人身攻击，同时澄清ATG Capital未与任何公司董事或高管进行过沟通。Empery Digital进一步表示，董事会和管理团队已经就Tice P. Brown提出清算所有比特币资产的要求进行全面评估，认定此举不符合所有股东的最佳利益并剥夺他们未来从价格上涨中获得更多收益的机会，因此现阶段不会立即清算全部比特币资产。
