Odaily星球日报讯 美国马萨诸塞州联邦检察官日前提起民事没收诉讼，寻求追回 327,829.720952 枚 USDT（约 32.7 万美元），该资金据称与一起通过约会应用实施的加密货币诈骗有关。
检方表示，案件调查始于 2024 年秋季，当局发现一名马萨诸塞州居民疑似卷入“网络恋爱诈骗”骗局。嫌疑人以“Linda Brown”为名，在与受害人建立数周关系后，声称存在一项加密投资机会，诱导对方转账。
检方称，嫌疑人以“合法投资”为幌子，实则诱骗受害人将资金转入其本人或共谋者控制的钱包地址。受害人在尝试提现失败后，才意识到该投资为骗局。
执法部门指出，被盗资金通过多个加密钱包转移，随后转换为 USDT，并最终用于洗钱交易。
此案发生之际，美国监管机构正加强对“恋爱类加密诈骗”的警示。此前，俄亥俄州联邦检察官办公室在情人节前发布题为“Cupid Doesn’t Ask for Crypto”的提醒，警告公众警惕通过社交媒体和即时通讯平台实施的恋爱投资骗局。
