Aave v3自2022年上线以来表现稳健，占协议存款总额的97%以上，累计创造约1.84亿美元收入，当前总存款规模超过263亿美元。部分代表担忧，在v4尚未落地前调整战略方向，可能削弱协议稳定性。对此，Aave Labs本周调整立场，放缓用户迁移时间表，并明确不会强制迁移，强调只要DAO认为必要，v3可长期运行。
争议焦点还包括资金安排。Aave Labs提议将旗下品牌产品收入重新分配给DAO，并成立基金会持有商标。同时请求DAO拨付2500万美元用于持续开发，并在特定产品发布后追加1750万美元。此举引发部分核心代表质疑。Marc Zeller指出，相关拨款规模接近DAO资金的31%，建议拆分议案逐项表决。
