Odaily星球日报讯 金融科技公司 Block 在公布强劲财报并推进 AI 转型战略后，分析师认为公司旗下商户支付业务 Square 将成为此次战略调整的主要受益者。
财报显示，Block 第四季度实现运营利润 4.85 亿美元，调整后运营利润达 5.88 亿美元，归属于普通股股东的净利润为 1.16 亿美元，调整后 EBITDA 为 9.3 亿美元。公司同时将 2026 年毛利润指引上调至 122 亿美元，同比增长约 18%。
Block 首席执行官 Jack Dorsey 近期宣布，公司将裁减超过 40%的员工，总人数将从超过 1 万人缩减至不足 6000 人，以推动更加精简并以 AI 为核心的运营模式。分析师认为，Block 是首批从根本上重新评估员工结构和生产效率的金融科技公司之一。
此外，公司近期增持 103 枚比特币，当前共持有约 8,883 枚 BTC，价值约 5.77 亿美元，是全球企业级比特币持有量排名第十四的公司。
Dorsey 表示，公司在疫情期间曾快速扩张员工规模，同时分别为 Square 与 Cash App 建立独立体系，导致人员冗余。Block 目前正推动组织整合，并计划将人均毛利润提升至 200 万美元以上，约为疫情前水平的四倍。分析认为，在 AI 驱动效率提升的背景下，Square 业务有望率先实现规模化收益增长。
