PANews 2月27日消息，据NEWSPIM报道，Focus AI宣布完成对釜山数字资产交易所的收购余款支付。Focus AI最终获得40.61%的股份，正式成为其最大股东并取得经营权。釜山数字资产交易所是韩国首个RWA代币化交易所，目前支持金、银、铂等7种贵金属实物资产的23小时数字化交易。其参与的KDX联盟近期获得了韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）颁发的首个STO场外证券交易经纪业务初步许可。Focus AI计划通过此次收购，将AI、支付、稳定币及电子钱包技术相结合，构建Web3支付平台基础设施，并推动RWA和STO业务的发展。
