BlockBeats 消息，2 月 25 日，香港将在今年设立新的数字资产平台，用于支持代币化债券的发行与结算，并逐步拓展至其他数字资产类别。香港财政司司长 Paul Chan 在 2026–27 年度财政预算案中表示，该平台将由香港金融管理局（HKMA）旗下 CMU OmniClear Holdings 建设，并与区域内其他代币化平台互联互通，强化香港在数字资产领域的枢纽地位。
目前，香港已完成多批次政府代币化债券发行。陈茂波透露，2025 年第四季度已发行第三批代币化政府债券，总额达 100 亿港元（约 12.8 亿美元），未来将持续常态化发行。此次基础设施升级意味着代币化债券结算将正式纳入金管局的后交易体系，由试点阶段迈向系统化整合。
此外，香港证监会此前已允许持牌券商为专业投资者提供数字资产保证金融资及加密永续合约服务，监管层强调将在强化风险控制前提下提升市场流动性。整体政策方向显示，香港正将代币化与数字资产基础设施纳入主流金融体系核心框架。
