ChainCatcher 消息，Openclaw 创始人 Peter Steinberger 近日在接受 Lex Fridman 采访时确认，Openclaw 已经收到多个公司的收购要约。对于可能的数亿、数十亿美元融资，Steinberger 表示：“根本提不起兴趣。我已经做过一次 CEO，这条路会占用我所有时间，还会带来利益冲突，比如优先做企业版、修改开源许可证，这都会伤害社区。我想要的是无附加条件的完全免费开源。而且现在靠捐赠根本不可持续，像 Tailwind 这样的热门项目都在裁员。”

此外，Steinberger 称 Openclaw 目前在赔钱。每月收入 1 万到 2 万美元，但补贴个人维护的依赖项目，OpenAI 等公司有一些支持，但依然不可持续。针对与大型实验室合作的选项，Steinberger 表示核心条件是项目必须保持开源，类似 Chrome 和 Chromium。“这件事太重要，不能完全交给一家公司。而且 ClawCon 的社区氛围特别珍贵，是互联网早期才有的热情。我想把它普及给更多人，今年就是个人代理元年，和实验室合作是最快的方式。我也从没在大公司工作过，想体验这种经历。”
