2月13日消息，Bitdeer Technologies Group 公布2025年第四季度财报后，股价当日下跌超过8%，跌破11美元，尽管公司实现了从巨亏到盈利的强势反弹。数据显示，Bitdeer本季度净利润达7050万美元，而上年同期亏损高达5.319亿美元；营收从6900万美元跃升至近2.25亿美元，几乎增长两倍。

不过，市场更关注成本压力。毛利率从7.4%降至4.7%，主要受电力费用、设备折旧以及SEALMINER芯片研发投入增加的影响。BitcoinTreasuries 数据显示，Bitdeer在2026年1月至2月间出售了部分比特币，持仓从2000多枚降至约1040枚，或用于支持扩张计划。
公司正加速业务多元化，计划将部分矿场转型为人工智能与高性能计算负载，并披露其全球运营及在建项目电力容量约3吉瓦，为双用途数据中心奠定基础。
Roth Capital 分析师 Darren Aftahi 将目标价从40美元下调至30美元，但维持“买入”评级。他认为公司向AI基础设施转型具备潜力，但利润率承压和比特币持仓减少，使投资者对短期表现保持谨慎。
