2月13日消息，美国加密行业龙头公布的第四季度业绩不及市场预期，迅速引发华尔街分析师集体调整评级与目标价。摩根大通与Canaccord等机构均下调了对COIN的估值预期，反映出当前加密市场疲软对公司基本面的持续冲击。
摩根大通指出，数字资产价格走低与交易活跃度下降，直接压缩了COIN的交易量与手续费收入。该行虽维持“增持”评级，但将目标价由290美元下调至252美元。分析师Kenneth Worthington团队提到，运营支出同比增长22%，加之业务向低费率的高级交易模式与订阅制服务转型，短期内对利润率构成压力。
今年以来，COIN股价已累计下跌约40%，盘前价格徘徊在150美元附近，较去年高点明显回落。与此同时，比特币年初至今跌幅约25%，市场整体成交量持续萎缩，也拖累了相关概念股表现。
券商Canaccord同样下调了短期预期，但仍维持“买入”评级，将目标价从400美元降至300美元。该机构认为，尽管现货行情走弱，但该平台在产品布局和市场份额方面仍具优势。以Joseph Vafi为首的分析师团队指出，其“万物交易所”战略正在推进，USDC商业场景、Base与以太坊上的DeFi应用持续扩展。
此外，上述平台近期完成对Deribit的收购，被视为拓展国际衍生品业务的重要一步，有助于推动跨市场协同。Canaccord预计，尽管一季度行业环境仍偏紧，但COIN有望继续扩大份额，并通过回购提升股东价值，当前股价或已接近周期性底部。
