ClearToken – công ty phát triển hạ tầng thị trường tài chính được quản lý – vừa được Cơ quan Quản lý Tài chính Anh (FCA) phê duyệt triển khai nền tảng thanh toán CT Settle dành cho stablecoin và tiền điện tử. Hệ thống “giao hàng đổi lấy thanh toán” (DvP) này cho phép giao dịch hiệu quả giữa tiền pháp định, stablecoin và tài sản kỹ thuật số, đồng thời đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn quản lý tương tự tài chính truyền thống.
ClearToken trở thành công ty thứ 57 được cấp phép kể từ khi Sổ đăng ký Tài sản tiền điện tử của Anh ra mắt năm 2020. Theo công ty, CT Settle nhằm giảm rủi ro đối tác, tăng thanh khoản và khuyến khích tổ chức tài chính chấp nhận tài sản số.
Động thái này diễn ra trong bối cảnh Ngân hàng Anh và Bộ Tài chính nước này đang mở rộng quy định về stablecoin và tiền điện tử, thể hiện quyết tâm đưa tài sản số vào hệ thống tài chính chính thống.
