Coin World News reports that according to ME News, on March 15 (UTC+8), Alex Thorn, Research Director at Galaxy Research, stated that if the US crypto regulatory bill CLARITY Act fails to pass Senate committee review by the end of April, its probability of passing in 2026 will significantly decrease. The bill needs to enter the Senate floor vote agenda in early May. The current controversy surrounding stablecoin yields is considered the main obstacle, but Thorn pointed out that even if this issue reaches a compromise, it may still face other controversies regarding DeFi, developer protection, SEC authority, and ethics.
