The previous post ($Ether$) looks at a daily rise in level. The previous low of 1492 is the bottom of the daily line, and it looks above 1831.

At the 4-hour level, we will first see above 1748 and then above 1831)
The first step of the 4-hour target of 1748 has been reached. It will break through 1831 later, and the daily line will be enough.
