Mars Finance News: On April 3, JD.com and Honor signed a strategic cooperation agreement, clarifying that in the next three years, Honor will achieve its goal of surpassing 100 billion yuan in sales across JD.com’s omnichannel platforms. The two sides will deepen cooperation across three major dimensions: co-creating products, jointly cultivating users, and sharing the ecosystem, to expand the sales scale of Honor across all categories and accelerate the adoption of AI terminals. The cooperation will cover multiple areas, including retail, logistics, technology, finance, government and enterprise, industry, and overseas markets.
On the product front, the two sides will launch exclusive customized products based on the C2M model and promote innovative categories to be launched exclusively on JD.com, including the world’s first robot phone, Honor RobotPhone. In terms of the ecosystem, JD.com’s more than 700 million annual active users will be deeply integrated with Honor’s more than 200 million terminal users and edge-side large model technology.
