The China Radio and Television Association Actors Committee, also known as Zhongguanglian Actors Committee, issues a statement regarding AI face-swapping synthesis, film and television material modifications, and other related issues.

Mars Finance News: On April 2, the Actor Committee of the China Association of Radio and Television Social Organizations issued a solemn statement in response to the frequent AI-related infringement chaos within the industry, formally taking a stand against behaviors such as AI face swapping, voiceprint cloning, and training models using data that is captured without authorization. The statement clearly defines seven categories of prohibited conduct, covering an end-to-end process from the tampering of film and television materials to AI model training, and it particularly emphasizes that even if they are labeled “non-commercial,” “public welfare sharing,” or “personal remix,” this cannot constitute a legal basis for exemption from liability; the infringing party must still bear full legal responsibility.
