Just went through the whole Pi KYC thing and honestly it's not as complicated as people make it sound. Took me like 10 minutes once I actually started. The main thing is you need to have mined for at least 30 days before they even let you apply, which makes sense I guess. You'll need a government ID (passport works best), a clear face photo for the liveness check, and you have to be 18+. Pretty standard verification stuff. The actual Pi KYC process is straightforward—they have you take a photo of your ID front and back, fill out a form with your info, then do a quick selfie to prove you're a real person. After that it's just waiting. Some people say they got approved in minutes, but honestly mine took a few days. If your documents are blurry or the system can't read your info clearly, they'll ask you to resubmit. One thing that surprised me is they charge 1 Pi coin for the verification, which goes to the validators reviewing your application. The whole system works because people who already passed Pi KYC verify new applicants from their own country, so it's supposed to be faster. Anyway if you're thinking about doing it, just make sure your ID is readable and your face is clearly visible in the selfie. Anyone else here waiting for Pi KYC approval?
