When Chinese users use outside-the-wall software like X and Claude, be sure to protect your privacy, or you'll be exposing yourself!

Left image: X has three default settings enabled that allow others to find your account directly through your phone number or email. This includes people you don't want to know (police/Public Security).
Please turn them off immediately: Settings → Privacy & Security → Visibility & Contacts → Turn off all three switches.
Also, it is recommended to delete uploaded contacts from your address book to prevent your previous data from remaining on the platform.
Right image: Claude also has two default settings enabled—location metadata and allowing Claude to use your chat data for training. Keeping these on is equivalent to exposing your account information directly to the platform—greatly increasing the risk of account suspension.
Strongly recommend everyone check the official settings page and ensure both switches are turned off.
Don’t be lazy—take a moment to do it. Maintaining an account nowadays isn’t easy~
