Most people don’t realize how massive the peer-to-peer world still is… until you look at the numbers. 🌍⚡

This week’s BitTorrent Client Matrix performance snapshot reveals just how strong the network activity remains across the ecosystem.
Here’s what stands out:
The network reached 47.2M users, with an average of 10M daily active users actively sharing bandwidth and data.
That’s millions of devices contributing to a decentralized infrastructure every single day.
Among the clients:
uTorrent Desktop continues to dominate, leading with 5.16M daily active users.
Meanwhile, BitTorrent Desktop & Web are showing solid engagement, achieving 23.9%+ stickiness, a strong signal that users keep coming back.
And the mobile side is growing fast too.
uTorrent on Android alone reached 5.65M users, expanding the network’s global footprint even further.
What this really shows is something bigger than just stats:
Decentralized networks aren’t just a narrative,
they’re operating at internet scale, quietly powering data sharing across millions of nodes worldwide.
And as Web3, AI, and distributed infrastructure evolve, networks like this could become even more important than people think. 👀
