Mars Finance News, March 26: As the “14th Five-Year Plan” begins, artificial intelligence is developing rapidly, leading to a swift increase in global investments in computing infrastructure. In Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, exports of fiber optic cable manufacturing companies are experiencing rapid growth. These companies are working at full capacity to seize the global market. An employee from one company stated that since the end of last year, their overseas orders have significantly increased, with many orders from South America, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia, all requiring delivery within half a month. In the past two months, this company’s fiber optic exports have increased by 51% year-on-year. Production is now fully booked. They are currently expanding factories, adding production lines, and increasing capacity to meet market demand. According to Jiangsu Customs, in the first two months of this year, Wujiang area’s exports of wires and cables, including optical cables, reached 860 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 69.3%. Along with the development of global artificial intelligence and the explosion in computing power demand, Jiangsu’s related product exports have seen rapid growth this year. (CCTV Finance)
