Liquidity is the buy/sell orders and stop-loss orders placed by market participants. They exist after every independent structural swing point.
Key reference liquidity is the highest and lowest points of the previous trading session, previous day, previous week, and previous month.
When there are two (or more) relatively equal lows/highs, more liquidity accumulates behind them, which becomes a magnet for price.
- EQH is a relatively equal high.
- EQL is a relatively equal low.
