In the current AI ecosystem, another long-standing problem is that the cost of model calls and resource integration is very high. If developers want to use multiple models simultaneously, they often need to separately integrate APIs from different platforms and bear complex maintenance costs.

@dgrid_ai's design attempts to change this. DGrid has built a unified AI Gateway that integrates over 200 AI models through a standardized interface, enabling developers to call different model capabilities within the same network and automatically select the most suitable inference path based on task requirements.

The changes brought by this structure are actually very practical. In the past, developers needed to manage multiple model interfaces themselves, but now they can complete model calls and task distribution through a decentralized network, while reducing costs and improving availability.

When model calls are standardized like infrastructure, the development threshold for AI applications will significantly lower, and more Web3 applications can directly integrate intelligent capabilities.
