Noticed today that $ARB has already dropped to 0.1

Back when Arbitrum launched, the average person had 600+ ARB tokens,
just doing some interactions and you could get 600+ dollars in airdrops,
not to mention people who specifically farmed airdrops got tens of thousands of ARB,
it's down 96% from the peak,
fortunately Arbitrum One network transfers are still relatively cheap,
and there are some daily applications
$TON has also dropped to 1.2, down 83% from the peak,
I even bought TON at 5u to stake it,
originally wanted to get 10 percentage points APY yield,
now the principal has lost 80%,
over the years in the circle,
almost all staking projects I participated in have gone to zero,
like TIA, TON, ATOM, DYM, CAKE, etc.,
seems staking isn't a long-term solution,
because most projects don't survive the cycle,
best to just accumulate $BTC , likely to outperform others
