TikTok has already dealt with 14,000 accounts producing AI-generated pornographic and vulgar content this year.

Gate News Report, March 10 — According to Douyin Bulletin, Douyin has been conducting special campaigns to address illegal content involving AI-generated pornography and vulgar material since the beginning of this year. They have handled 42,000 violations and imposed graduated penalties such as recommendation restrictions, silencing, and bans on 14,000 accounts.

In typical cases, black-market groups used AI to create personas like “single mother studying with children” to direct traffic to pornographic content, resulting in four arrests. Additionally, 339 accounts used AI-generated美女 images to guide users to porn sites, and 8,421 accounts continuously posted borderline content generated by AI, which were collectively dealt with.

Douyin stated that they will proactively report suspected illegal activities to public security authorities and continue to upgrade their governance technology.
