🔴 According to Bloomberg, BlackRock's $26 billion private credit fund is limiting withdrawals.
9.3% of withdrawal requests but only 4.1% are being fulfilled.
Other funds, like Blackstone and Blue Owl, are also facing record withdrawals, and Blue Owl has even blocked withdrawals.
These "private credit" funds primarily financed software companies (SaaS) that are currently facing a crisis of confidence following the rapid development of artificial intelligence. Investors are particularly concerned that these software companies may become obsolete or useless.
