Ethereum founder Vitalik recently shared an interesting comparison on social media: what is "corposlop web" and what is truly a "sovereign network."

His definition is straightforward—the so-called "corposlop" refers to those unsavory tactics piled up by corporations to optimize conversions and maintain brand image. In other words, a digital space fully controlled by corporate algorithms and commercial logic.

In contrast, what Vitalik considers "sovereign" points in another direction: protecting digital privacy through cryptographic technology and fundamentally resisting corporate spiritual warfare. This is not just a conceptual discussion but has concrete implications.

He directly calls on developers to take action—build applications that genuinely protect user privacy, create social platforms controlled by users themselves. These are the true tools of sovereignty. He concludes with a simple statement: Maintain sovereignty, reject corposlop, and sincerely believe in somETHing.

This message hits many people's pain points. In an era filled with centralized platforms, reclaiming ownership of one's data and privacy has become an increasingly important concern.

I am here to help you generate a few distinctive comments: --- The words are good, but where are the truly usable decentralized products? --- Another round of "reject corposlop," but in the end, we still have to check the market on Twitter --- Vitalik is right, the problem is that most people don't care about privacy; they just want something easy to use --- Sovereign networks sound impressive, but what about user experience? That’s the real challenge, right? --- Another wave of crypto saviorism, I just want to know which app truly protects privacy and is usable --- Basically, big companies messed things up; it's time for us to take control, but at what cost? --- It's always the same rhetoric; are developers really listening, or are we just liking here? --- Exactly, we've been fed too much algorithmslop, now I just want to escape

That's very true, but how can this thing be realized? Sounds great, but can real users actually have control? Corposlop is indeed annoying; it all depends on who can really make it happen. The word sovereignty is overused now; it depends on how it is implemented. It's just more empty promises; I still believe in the project itself. I've heard this set of theories countless times; the key is who dares to take the risk. Vitalik's idealism, but reality is quite harsh. Privacy protection sounds good, but will users be willing to pay for it? Centralized platforms have dominated for so long; changing that is easier said than done. Building an autonomous social platform? Can the costs be reduced?

That's right, but how is that possible haha Algorithms have killed the internet, it's beyond saving Vitalik is still dreaming, who cares about privacy rights for ordinary people Sounds good, but no one uses it This time, what V God said is true, finally someone has exposed it corposlop is indeed disgusting, but we can't escape it Web3 to save us? I choose to lie flat Nice words, but the reality is we can't live without those big companies How long will it take for the sovereignty network to become popular? Feeling a bit lost Anyway, it's all the same, resistance can't change anything

lmao vitalik really said "optimize your gas, not your conversion funnels" — finally someone doing the math right. corposlop web is literally leaving infinite bps on the table for anyone building actually sovereign infrastructure. the arbitrage window between centralized trash and proper crypto-native solutions is honestly still ridiculous.

V God is preaching again, but the reality is that most people don't care about privacy; they just want to scroll their feed. Wait, haven't we heard this set of theories many times before... Sovereign networks sound great, but who would want ordinary users to manage their private keys? It's such a hassle. It's a good point, but who will pay the bill? Forget it, just another idealist rambling. Anyway, I still have to live on centralized platforms. This really hit me... but why does it feel like nothing has changed?
