Candlestick charts look nice, but I've heard this kind of rhetoric too many times... XHB needs to hold up during this wave without pulling back to be considered a real breakout. Breaking through is easy, but holding the position is hard; trading volume must keep up. Basically, we're just waiting to see how it performs next; surface-level analysis isn't very useful.
