You can never catch the bottom, and the moments of greatest optimism are precisely the points of highest risk. There is an inverse relationship between the two.



Why? Because when the true bottom appears, the market is filled with despair, and no one dares to be optimistic. Conversely, when everyone is celebrating and extremely optimistic, it often signals that the bubble has already reached its peak.

This is why successful traders often enter the market when others are fearful and exit when others are greedy. The divergence between emotion and price is the deepest trap hidden within the market.
