1.9 Market Outlook

Good evening everyone, I am a trader who tends to get wiped out quickly. These past two days, the market has punished my indecisiveness and also those chasing breakouts.
After a week of consecutive losses, depleting my capital, I started to follow the extension strategy. When it turned bullish, I suffered another loss, then another. Throughout the week, my counter-indications were a complete mess. But the market is always right. When there are divergences at reversal points, why do they oppose the main force's opinions and actions? What are they thinking? If I can't understand, I will still be counter-indicated in the future.
After consecutive losses, I would normally revert to a main short position. Essentially, this week’s Bitcoin just completed a rebound and then a correction. Such market behavior has occurred multiple times in December, with the first half still oscillating upward. So today, based on my previous subjective judgment, I took a contrarian approach and went long first. Using the logic of trapped longs trying to break free and profit-taking at high points, we will look at a previous divergence rebound around the 89500-90500 range.
It is recommended to confidently enter long positions around 89500-90500 for Bitcoin. Those with high tolerance for previous trapped positions can add to their positions, and those with no positions can enter directly. Ethereum is synchronized in the 3080-3100 range. We are still looking toward the 92500 level, which is the extension zone after the previous rebound and the acceleration zone after the breakdown. Currently, it does not yet have the conditions to turn into resistance. Resistance is defaulted to the previous high of 94800. As for Ethereum, a more conservative target is 3180, to see if the market provides an entry point for a short-term rebound. If it does, there’s a chance to reach 3215.
If the market faces heavy selling pressure after reaching 91500-91800, we will consider the possibility of resistance moving lower. As an entry point after the previous long position, if the price returns here, consider reducing positions.
Keep the stop-loss wider for now. After consecutive errors, adding to positions in a fight is unavoidable. Those who haven't cut losses should consider doing so first, and reducing positions at the bottom can help accumulate more strength. #今日你看涨还是看跌?
