Trove Markets' token sale seems very popular, but upon closer inspection, there are some details worth cautioning about.

Let's start with the most direct question — why launch the token before the mainnet goes live? This sounds very strange. Users don't actually need this token to use the product. So what is the actual use case of the token? The official says it will be bought back from revenue, but the problem is that these revenues don't exist yet. It's like raising funds by promoting the token as a main selling point before the product has actually generated cash flow.

In this model, the token's value support is actually quite weak. Without a real revenue stream as backing, the buyback mechanism becomes just a paper tiger. In this case, the token becomes purely a speculative tool. This is something investors should seriously consider.

Another trick of air buybacks, daring to boast about the buyback mechanism without any income in the early stage, it's hilarious. The mainnet hasn't even launched yet and they're rushing to sell tokens, truly incredible. I've seen this trick too many times, and it always ends in failure. Tokens with no utility are just pure fundraising schemes, in simple terms, money grabbing. If the buyback mechanism has no source of income, then it's nonsense. Heard that the popularity is very high? Probably just bought by rookies. Wait, the mainnet hasn't launched yet and there's already income? That's not right. There are too many such tracks, they look like the same fundraising scams.

It's mainly about the fundraising tactics—cut a deal first, then see what happens. Once the product runs away, the buyback mechanism automatically becomes invalid.

I've seen this trick too many times. They haven't even launched the mainnet yet and are already trying to cut the leeks; the buyback mechanism is just all talk.

Wait a minute, isn't this just another pump-and-dump scheme? They haven't even launched the mainnet yet, but they're selling tokens, and there's no revenue—still claiming buybacks. Isn't this just a game of musical chairs?

It's the same old trick again. The mainnet isn't even live yet, and you're rushing to sell tokens. The buyback mechanism still relies on future revenue to back it up. That's hilarious.

Damn, it's the same old trick. The mainnet isn't even live yet, and the tokens are already flying off the shelves. LOL No real cash income yet, and you're talking about buybacks? Isn't this just a pump-and-dump with a different mask? Wait, I need to take a closer look at Trove's fundamentals. Feels like another harvest festival. It's mainly about fundraising; the token is the real goal, and the product is just an accessory. This pattern is so familiar. They play it this way every time, and every time someone rushes in. The token has no actual demand or use case—pure speculation. Wake up, everyone.

Another old trick of "fundraising first, product later." Trove's recent move is indeed a bit rushed... The buyback mechanism isn't backed by real funds, to put it simply, it's just hot potato.
